*The first assessment will be between 30-60mins depending on our discussion, thereafter sessions are available as 30 minutes or 60 minutes

**Personal Training only - There is a trial period of two pay-as-you-go sessions. After this time I ask clients pay for 10 sessions up front.

**Mobile covering Harlow and surrounding areas

**I reserve the right to charge extra fee depending on distance from Harlow for any service.

***CANCELLATION POLICY: 24hrs notice for any cancellation. Late arrival to the session will be deducted from your 1 hour booking.
