PERSONAL TRAINING
You will benefit from my training sessions if you are new or returning to exercise, and/or looking to improve your confidence.
1-2-1 sessions are designed to:
1. Get you back into healthy habits and start exercising again, improving both mental and physical health
2. Support you in reaching an established personal goal
We will work on tailoring a plan that both challenges you, and that you enjoy. This will include:
Goal setting
Assisting motivation & improved mindset
Education on fundamentals of exercise
Healthy eating
Please note I am also qualified to teach beginners pole fitness, so if you want to try that please let me know.
What do I need to bring?
Water bottle
Comfortable & supportive training shoes
A can-do attitude
*Outside of Effectusfit we will use body weight exercises only or portable equipment.
